I have an all black cat, and know it can be pretty difficult to get a picture that turns out good. I think this came out quite nice. One day, when I'm not too lazy, I'll post a photo of my troublemaker.

I love the photo.
Looks exactly like mine. Right down to the silver flash on his brow
Here he is with a flash bracket and diffuser used.
Here he is with an old junky Vivitar lens with some water damage on the rear of the front element.
