Where there's a HUGE cloud of black smoke...
I was heading down queen street to do some shooting when I saw a huge cloud of black smoke. Sure enough, a roofing or paving company's boiler had caught fire. I didn't really want to be an ambulance chaser, but I couldn't resist. It was perfect.
Anyways, here's a slideshow.

Nice spot news coverage. I never got to a fire when there were still flames... I always arrived just at the smoldering stage.

Nice photos Colin.
Ken, you ought to get a scanner radio to monitor the police and fire dept. like Weegee did.
