Leica presents this award annually for high quality reportage photography. (Photographers do not need to use a Leica to receive the award.) Here's a video feature the portfolios submitted by the winner, Mikhael Subotzky from South Africa, and the runner-ups.

Wow... some of those images were fantastic. I have to say that the first and last portfolio are my favorite... Especially the first one... I could not look away from the pictures...

Thanks for sharing! I did not know that SEAL was a photographer... !
