The 2nd one is a very nice shot as well but I think that too much sharpening was done in the post processing.

Awesome shot jan! I love it. Beautiful composition, and post-production. If you don't still have the original file, I wouldn't worry about the sharpening. The only way you'd really notice it would be to blow it up really big and look at it from 3 inches away. No one looks at photos that way.

Looks like the snow's going to be around long enough for you to get a few more of these beauties.

Thanks everyone for all the nice comments. I did make a few adjustments to this picture but sharpening wasn't one of them.. I tried to soften the image a bit though. Thanks again everyone:)
