What order to read these MTT books for small winner?

Hi,

I am a winner at nl200 cash games but have very little experience in mtt's.

I have won a few tournaments under $20 but I want to get alot better and understand some more tournament concepts.

I've been recommended the following books:
Every hand revealed
Winning poker tournaments vol1+2
Kill Everyone

What order should I read them in, and is there any other books I should get? (I'll skip the HOH's).

I will be playing no limit rebuys and freezeouts mainly.
