I have to apologize for my part as well. I've never been one to get into online bickering. I've seen my fair share on fishing forums (my other true passion) but only as a spectator.

This topic is a sensitive one for me. Despite my now public dislike for digital performance and it's effects on the industry, I'm still guilty as charged of using one. My budget for Polaroids have taken a big hit this year also. My guilt for contributing to the problem has lit a fire under my tail to show the consequences of this latest trend. (as futile as that is)

No hard feelings here Nando. In fact, I was never as worked up as my posts may have read. Just passionate.

CP

Also.... the more of this Leica rangefinder talk I read from you, the more interested I get. It may prove to be my relief for the digi blues.

Of course, no harsh feelings here either. Let me know if you ever want to test drive my rangefinders.

Well then it is a good thing I didn't wade into this conversation Crowell. I would strongly suspect my views on the subject matter would most definitely leave you yelling and ranting, as I am a very strong proponent of digital photography. Smile

I'm not sure what you're talking about Chako. Can't you tell how much I love digital?
Well... at least my wife loves digital.... or is it the all extra money in our bank account now? Very Happy

It just takes 667 film, 2 shots per sheet but you're right... it is huge.
