My cousin's wedding this past weekend
As a wedding present to my cousin, I took him and his new wife out during the reception to do an evening photoshoot. The venue didn't have many open spots and the outside is currently under construction. The interior was beautiful but we wanted a nice private location to shoot.
Here's one from the bunch.

Ya, I've got a couple more in the tank. I haven't had a chance to look give them a run thru yet. Not much to do to them, but I've been really busy. I'll have them out tomorrow.

That is very nice. Your cousin is a very lucky guy in more ways than one. Is this the same place used for the shots of the fighter? The wood beams on the ceiling look similar.

Thanks.
And he is a very lucky guy. She's a very good looking gir, really nice and funny and a teacher.
These were done outside a banquet hall just outside Burlington. The fighter shots were done in the basement of the Gym where he trains. Ho Shin Sool Academy on Korah road.
Both are currently under construction. The inside of the hall is beautiful, the outside is getting a facelift. The surrounding area is a large parking lot, and a nice grass area. It would be a nice location but it's currently covered in construction supplies. This was he only choice. I didn't want the beams, but it was the only alternative. It's what I hate about the shots. It looked odd when I tried to black them out.

I wouldn't black them out. I think that they add to the photo. Their geometry somewhat balances with the tiles and helps frame the couple.

Here's the rest from that outdoor photoshoot. I'm not as happy with the light in the other spots. It wasn't as easy to find a place for the flash, avoid neon signs and wedding guests outside for some fresh air.
I'm not really pleased with that BW processing yet.
